Comprehensive Answers

There are always a lot of questions when it comes to joining a bootcamp. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.


I am not that fit, is this for me?

All our sessions are catered for all abilities and offer a different variation of an exercise depending on each persons ability level. Plus, there is always a friendly and experienced instructor that will help guide you through the session and build your confidence


How long are your sessions and do I need to bring anything with me?

Our sessions are all roughly 45minutes long including a warm up and cool down. I would advise bringing a bottle of water with you. In the summer months a light towel and in the winter months a jacket, or raincoat.


Is there an age limit and can I bring my child?

As long as all under 16's are accompanied with a parent/guardian then they are allowed to participate.
