A little about us

Creating a fun & friendly bootcamp that pushes you to reach your goals

Train outdoors in the fresh air and get all the benefits from being outside whilst getting into the best shape of your life. With over 7 years of running Aylesbury and over 10 years of coaching we have the experience to cater for all abilities, from complete newbies to fitness wanting to get back into it, to the seasoned pros who need to get pushed like to be pushed to their max.

We keep every session varied to keep it fun and motivating, by using a variety of fitness styles, from HIIT to strength training, to functional fitness to core work. Also with a wide range of kit from battleropes to kettlebells to tyres, our experienced instructors will make sure you get a full body workout, guaranteed to get you stronger, fitter and leaner.

Come and join us for an amazing full body workout and feel that after workout buzz. 

Our sessions are every Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 6pm & Saturday 9am and last for roughly 45mins.


What We Offer

Full body workouts varied session by session guaranteed to leave you buzzing and feeling fitter, stronger & toned

Full body strength 

Using a wide range of equipment from dumbbells, kettlebells & sandbags, we will make you stronger, leaner & more toned. Our experienced instructor will teach you correct form & falling in love with resistance training.

Cardio Fitness

From HIIT to circuits to tabata to full body bodyweight exercises and even boxing fitness. Our sessions, will keep you moving, burning calories and feeling amazing, increasing heart and lunge health and losing fat.

Functional Training

Best way to burn fat and tone up.

we use kit such as battle ropes,

sledge hammers, tyres and sand bags, all

under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors. A great way of getting fit and letting out stress
